One-Hour Health & Fitness Coaching

I help people get fitter, healthier, and more creatively inspired.

​My goal is to arm you with two decades' worth of research, reporting, and self-experimentation. Essentially, I want to give you everything I've learned (and continue to learn) and set you up with a sustainable plan to reach your goal.

If you're not quite ready to jump into a program with me, we can take it one session at a time. 

You can come with a series of questions for me, or we can discuss some of the following:

 

  • Review your lifestyle
  • Review your existing fitness program(s)
  • Optimize your good habits
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Find ways to work around challenges such as injuries or a busy schedule

This is a 60-minute one-time health & fitness coaching session. Once you've booked, I'll reach out to schedule time.
